The Rose Tablet: an enterprise built on the method
Before the Atelier took a client, it built one whole business this way. The Rose Tablet is a formation platform for women leaders. Its brand, its publication, its programme, its Brain and its operations were written first, then built by five people in one summer.
Written first · built in one summer
A founder wanted to bring twenty years of practice to women leaders as a programme they could take in their own time, with a brand, a body of published thought, and the operations of a real company behind it. It had to be beautiful and governed, and it had to run without her in the room.
The strategy. The portrait of the woman it serves, and every experience designed around her. The problem and the answer that became the offering. How the brand speaks and looks. The product itself, designed on the page before it was built. The twelve-module curriculum. The rules the companion keeps. All of it written before a line of software.
What was built
-
The brand and the publication
Identity, experience and product design, and a public site carrying the founder’s essays and a visual narrative, made by the Kitchen and live.
-
The brain
The founder’s whole body of work as a governed library, with the Agentogram, the set of agents that work it, each with a written role, reachable from an ordinary sign-in in the AI tools the team already uses.
-
The learning platform, with its companion The Witness
Modules, small-group pods, intake and scheduling, the whole experience shaped around the woman it serves, and a companion that carries the programme’s voice beside her.
-
The kitchen
The production line that made the essays, the films and the pages.
A working enterprise, from brand to programme to operations, made by five people in a season on one written foundation.
The Rose Tablet is the Atelier’s own ground. Everything we offer a client, we ran here first.
