For more than twenty years she has made brands and institutions unmistakable. She built the Creative Agency at Accenture Song in the Middle East from its first day; work she led there with Droga5 for Riyadh Season won an Emmy and three Grands Prix at Dubai Lynx; her brand work for the Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia won at the Transform Awards in two consecutive years. She is a regular contributor to Entrepreneur Middle East, Campaign Middle East and CEO Middle East, a speaker at Dubai Lynx and the Athar Festival, a juror at Dubai Lynx and the Transform Awards, and a mentor to women in the industry at Dubai Lynx and the WE Convention.
In 2026 she wrote a whole enterprise first and built it on AI second. The Rose Tablet is a platform for leaders, digital and physical: a leadership programme, a publication, The Brain, one governed library worked by a set of agents each with a written role, and an AI companion, The Witness, built with ethical guardrails and designed to know its limits and hand over to a human. The Sanctuary in Pacifico, Siargao, is its physical home. She built it because she believes the work of this era is to help leaders become sovereign, and it runs today on the foundation she wrote.
She did not build it alone. She assembled a select team of specialists she has worked with for many years, and they are the Atelier.
An engine is only as good as the judgment encoded into it. At the Atelier that judgment is a room of people who think, decide and build.
